I have family who’ve done gastric sleeve surgery, the most challenging part is to not get into bad eating habits, no soda, bread ( in the first year), nothing more than a sandwich should fill you up after the surgery, (maybe half of that for some people), so don’t push yourself when you’re full, don’t eat sweets often. The most challenging part of post surgery is maintaining, it is extremely easy to gain that weight back and it will be a mental struggle to avoid this, this guy looks great and isn’t giving himself enough credit even if he didn’t work as hard as someone who worked for a fit body

dude dont get me started. its just the same as my entire life I’ve always been super good at make up and loved it and wanted to do cosmetology when I was older until I started doing people‘s make up and every single time they would stare into my eyes the entire time and now I’m not doing it anymore I don’t even do my own make up anymore I’ve just completely lost interest in it because it made me that uncomfortable. went from doing my makeup everyday to the point i slept in it (gross ik) but i was self taught and never didnt get compliments when i stepped out. really sad to watch myself go thru that lol awh
