This looks like a corrective exercise, maybe to fix anterior pelvic tilt. The purpose isnt to make your muscles bigger, hes doing it to strenghten an area (likely some of the smaller muscles near the glutes) that might be weak, causing bad posture and risk of injury. Dont secretly film people and make fun of them, they could very well just be doing corrective exercises at the end of their workout.

is a proper exercise lmfao it's really good for your pelvic, butt, and hip muscles. it's usually used in pilates, and it's a real burner lmao

this exercise looks super dumb but it actually works the side glutes really well (if done correctly). I gave it a try and now I do it every other leg day.

Isn't a gym fail what he's doing are wrestling drills, it's mostly like cardio, but trust me it's hard when I was wrestling we had to do those a lot and those killed me way more than the jogging. People should really try to integrate wrestling drills and shit like that into their workout routine especially for cardio and shit like that.

in he is probably training to join the army. combat soldiers crawl alot and thats one way to train for crawling, in his recruitment he'll probably crawl everyday so thats vary good training for him. but the thing that gives me the trigger is that he does that in a gym and not outside on sand or gravel that will train his endurance and know how to ignore the pain from the gravel and the sharp rocks on his elbows and knees.
