At around , the guy lifting the bar with his feet is the kind of guy to pour the milk before the cereal

Pewds being extremely loud while critiquing other people for being loud douches in the gym, Ironic. No hate though I found this funny.

that has to be staged come on ain’t no way someone actually thought u use your feet for that

it is a legit exercise, works great for your glutes, although it does look inappropriate

one time it was my back day and I went to do pull ups and saw some lady on that pull up machine thing pushing it with her feet like this for some reason.

"Stop banging the weight! Sorry's not good enough!""Okay, calm down Karen."

"THE HOLY SPIRIT"dude was having a good time and lifting hard. That lady was so out of pocket.

This is the most outstanding example of Systemic Karen everAbsolutely epic 👏👏

I mean, that specific exercise is for the back, and you're actually meant to drop the bar on the ground, not gently put it there. Frick off those who are bothered, the gym is made and prepared exactly for this kind of stuff, if fricking yoga teachers are upset, they better find a better place suited for fricking yoga

dude could have made a move to the yoga teacher using the word bang but missed the opportunity 😂😂😂

@ To be honest, weight lifting/power lifting is a special category of weight training and requires additional special heavy duty equipment. Its best to have that located in its own location or outside. It can rattle the whole building.

I genuinely can't watch the clip after the first watch, it's genuinely terrifying. He had his wrist/arms attached to a ton of weight and the other guy applied a ton of pressure/weight to it, he could have broken his back, snapped muscles, or snapped his arms/wrists.

- Dude could have been seriously injured when the other guy kicked the bar from him. That guy has NO reason to be in a gym when he does dangerous shit like the that.

the guy is just mad he cant lift that guys warmup.Also. If he pushed me, I woulda knocked his ass out

I would've loved see him doing that to someone like Markus Rühl😂

That's when the OC spray comes out. Bless him with the hot sauce.

Ayo at the guy kicking down the bar could've injured the man deadlifting because he could've put too much pressure. Bro could've broke his spine 🤦🏽♂️

For the dude at if someone does that to me they are catching these hands instantly. The way he pushed the weight out of the guy’s hands is dangerous and there are better ways of getting someones attention than what that prick did

he did not kick him in his balls, but he made the barbell heavy enough to almost cause hernia which can get your testicle up to your belly which is really unhealthy

I can kinda understand the lunk alarm but the guy at was way out of line. That could have seriously hurt the guy lifting and he didn't care at all.

The guy at pissed me off. Kicked the barbell out of the guy's hand while deadlifting, he could've gotten seriously injured

absolutely fucking unacceptable behavior. The dude is putting alot of weight and just kicking it out of his hands could seriously injure him. That shit is how you get the fuck beaten out of you

that went viral a few years ago. Its assault and that guy could have is back fucked up for life

That is incredibly dangerous its really frowned upon because you can cause serious injury to yourself or someone else if you throw/knock the equipment out of somebody’s hands.

The dude in the blue tank top probably is in steroids for having that rage

at that moment i thought that the guy dead lifting would've probably broke his wrist.

I'd pretend he broke my spine and fuckin threaten to sue him and the gym

Edit: close look at and at 12:02 you can see that it has the same caption.

Also Planet fitness: " UGH, you are so loud and annoying when you try to push yourself to maximum exertion, get out of here!!!"

In America, a jug would be the word for one of those massive plastic containers that go on top of cheep water fountains.

every single gym I’ve been to has instructions, I don’t get how ppl don’t see this.

dude is actually right

I’m more impressed of the fact he sounds serious. That lady is so weird. Seriously a cup holder? For me it’s impossible to consider problematic lol

nah he has the right to make a fuss lol that lady's got no right to not let him in

to be fair they kinda did inform customers big water bottles aren’t allowed there from the Lunk alarm signboard

that lady has never been in a gym in her whole life and she works there💀 wtf is this

I recomend not throwing something at them though like the one planet fitness guy did at . You think they go overboard over a policy, wait until you assault them, then they'll be threatening your life and smashing your desk.

It's like watching a couple of animals wearing people clothes engaging in mortal combat.

i felt bad for that dude and she also completely demolished that computer which could have made them lose a lot of money

Anyone see that HE HIT HER before she raged?? I don't feel sorry for him at all, Felix. It's clear these employees are just as insane as some of the members...

The guy at actually hit that lady with a clipboard first

i mean he hit her first soo I accept her outrage

to be fair, the worker throw the file holder first.

watch him dodge all of that like a ninja

why is that women doing it at a gym I am sure there are many buff people who will keep her away.

was like listening to Eric cartman curse tf outta gym employees

'poor guy that works there' lol but HE'S THE ONE THAT TOSSED THE CLIP BOARD AT HER HEAD

Am I just blind or did that dude behind the counter not throw the clipboard at the lady's face before anything else happened? Poor guy my ass, he assaulted a woman. Looks like the wrong one too.

is actually acceptable if done correctly, you usually use that machine for dips or pull ups, but you can use it to train your chest as well if pushed down correctly.

My old man was my gym coach for such a long time cause i looked up to him. this was one of his workouts. I stopped going with him after finding out he popps 3 different cycles of gear and ego lifts.made 10x times the muscle gain through my own trial and error

A poor attempt to mix cardio with resistance trainging(weight lifting). But at least an effort was actually given by those two...

guess they're saving time doing biceps and glute medius in the same set?
