I do the same with negative thoughts or just distracting thoughts when i need to focus. i imagine the thought physically leaving my head and it works 100%. It took a long time to make it work since you have to program your brain basically and it takes a while but in middle school i had severe anxiety and i somehow developed this method and it worked for me and i still use it today 15 years later.
i can tell Pewds is trully happy cuz i never saw that happy face in my life on tons of his videos. much love to all you felix, marzia, bjorn and the dogs! best family on youtube!

I always love how you fondly talk about graphic design, because that's how I found your channel! I remember being in high school (like 2014) barely learning about Photoshop and this guy in my class told me you did Photoshop videos! Even now seeing your merch and branding is just so cool to me! when i was teaching English in Japan, and even now teaching piano in Canada, I sometimes would wonder if what I was doing was really that meaningful, if I was really helping these kids as much as I could. But hearing that those sincere moments of encouragement can make a big impact on people uplifts me. That's the one thing I strived to do above all else (I often felt it was more important that a kid felt seen than that they became great at English/piano). Even if it has nothing to do with what I'm teaching, if I notice a kid's talent or a positive trait about them (their kindness, curiosity, etc.), I always try to compliment and encourage it. I hope that those kids felt my sincerity and that it helped them be more confident. They've all been great kids.

Somehow hit me, I'm tearing up 😅 damn in hindsight I know everyone struggles with confidence but not having people around you that can reassure you really sucks. It's been like more than 5 years since I've heard you're going to be ok in a non condescending way.

Really good advice because you get to see what other people are going through and how can you help them, which will end up realizing what can help you, plus helping someone else will make you less selfish, more empathetic, grow as a person, and feel good about helping someone that wasn't yourself. Be there for someone, the person they could rely on (it's normally not easy, and try that it's never about money, but advice, confidence, planning, etc).

I just had my son 2 months ago and I’ve definitely gotten my fair share of poop on my hands while changing him lol it has literally shot out of his butt, all over the changing table and my hand 🤦🏼♀️😂 It’s just part of having a baby and I honestly wouldn’t trade it for anything.
