The original video is the women dancing and the guy doing weird noises, and what they do is duet those videos, invert horizontally and then put the "sad stories" to make it look like the old woman and guy were making fun of them.

To answer your question from in the video, there is a service I dont recall the name but they allow you to make "Virtual credit cards" where you choose how many times they can take money and set a limit. So basically you can set it to charge once and max 10$ for lets say 1 month of netflix. After that just delete the card from your virtual wallet. Saw it on some guy that makes a living of catching scammers
